Talk to us. We're here for you.

Our Help Chat is free, confidential and anonymous. On the other side is a trained team — crisis counselors, psychologists, medical and legal experts — ready to welcome you without judgement.

If the chat doesn't open, you'll find other ways to reach us below.

Service being perfected

  • Free

Our support costs nothing and asks nothing in return. No sign-up needed.

  • Confidential

What you write stays private. The chat runs on a Swiss server managed by the association.

  • Anonymous, if you wish

You don't have to tell us your name. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

Who answers

A team of trained volunteers, with different skills for different needs.

On the other side there are always people: trained volunteers who listen and guide you, without judgement.

How it works

  1. Open the chat

Tap the “Open the chat” button: a window opens right here on the site, on your phone too. No registration.

  2. Describe what's going on

Start however you like — no perfect words needed. Even just “hi, things are tough right now” is fine.

  3. Get the right support

The team member best suited to your situation replies. At your pace, without rush and without judgement.

  4. Resources for afterwards

If useful, we leave you contacts and resources to continue: local services, professionals, dedicated helplines.

We can help with

Whatever you are going through, it is never “too small” to write to us.

If your topic isn't on the list, write to us anyway: we'll listen and, if needed, help you find the right service.

Privacy & safety

  • Confidential

Conversations stay between you and the team, on the association's Swiss server.

  • Anonymity possible

You can write without telling us who you are. No mandatory data, no registration.

  • Zero judgement

Whatever your story, we welcome you. No unsolicited advice, no lecturing.

  • Emergency escalation

If you are in immediate danger, we guide you straight to the right emergency services (144, 117) with clear protocols.

When we're available

We're expanding the chat's coverage hours. Volunteers take turns to reply as soon as possible; if no one is available at that moment, leave a message and we'll get back to you. In an emergency, don't wait: call 144 right away.

In an emergency, don't wait for our reply: call 144 immediately.

Languages you can write in

Write to us in the language you feel most comfortable with.

  • Italian
  • English
  • German
  • French

We are working on adding more languages.

The “Quick exit” button

At the top right of every page there is a button that instantly closes this site and opens a neutral page (Google), replacing it in your browser history. It's there to protect you if you don't want anyone to see what you're reading.

Frequently asked questions

Is the chat really free?

Yes, completely. There is no cost, no subscription and no follow-up request. The service is funded by donations to the association.

Can I stay anonymous?

Yes. You don't need to register or tell us your name: you share only what you choose to.

Who answers the messages?

Trained volunteers: crisis counselors, psychologists, medical experts and legal advisors. It's always people who reply, never an automated system.

When is the chat available?

We're expanding our coverage hours: volunteers take turns to reply as soon as possible. If no one is available at that moment, leave a message and we'll reply as soon as we can.

What if I'm in danger right now?

Don't wait for the chat: call 144 (medical emergency) or 117 (police) immediately. 143 (Helping Hand) and 147 (Pro Juventute, for young people) are available around the clock.

Other ways to get help

The chat isn't the only channel. If you prefer — or if we're not answering right now — here are the alternatives.
